Oh and when you go in the sewers, the graphics look really cool and it's fun
however, I'm really craving for all my powers!
The game looks really awesome but I think it will be getting bad reviews because it looks like the driving is really stale.
Out of what I have seen in the gameplay videos the driving is the only that looks like it's kinda.. meh. But the weather effects look amazing.

You must do not understand how big Rare is. The problem is that they have the Nintendo roots in them. Just give it time, they will have good games in the future most likely.
